1. General Policy

 

All transactions initiated through Fanpay Digital are processed instantly and are considered final. However, in certain cases where the transaction fails due to technical or network errors but the amount is debited from the user’s account, a refund may be initiated after proper verification.

 

2. Eligible Scenarios for Refund

 

A refund request may be considered under the following situations:

 

Amount debited but transaction failed or not processed successfully.

 

Amount debited but service not delivered due to system or bank downtime.

 

Duplicate payment or double debit for the same transaction.

 

Payment made in error or wrong account, subject to approval and verification.

 

3. Refund Process

 

Users must raise a refund request by contacting our support team at fanpaydigital@gmail.com

 or through the in-app support section.

 

The refund request should include the transaction ID, date, amount, and registered mobile number.

 

Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed within 4-5 working days and credited to the original payment source or wallet.

 

4. Non-Refundable Cases

 

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

 

Successful transactions or services already delivered.

 

Incorrect details provided by the user (such as wrong mobile number, account, or beneficiary details).

 

Transactions initiated intentionally and completed without any technical error.

 

Charges such as service fees, convenience fees, or GST are non-refundable.

 

5. Cancellation Policy

 

As all our services are digital and processed instantly, cancellation is not possible once a transaction is successfully initiated.
